Happiness Is When….
February 20, 2007 – 9:54 pm… buyers remember me enough to take the trouble to wish me Happy Chinese New Year!
They give me joy when they wished me Happy Birthday last year and double the joy with a Chinese New Year greeting. Everyone knows that my buyers are important to me because I think of them as if they are my real friends. I chat with them when I have the time, e-mail them, forward jokes or send e-cards to them on special occasions.
To me, trading is not only about SELLing. It is also a way for me to widen my social circle. I have buyers in almost every state in Malaysia and it gives me joy to chat about the culture in our respective states, how different we can be and yet all of us are Malaysians.
I don’t mind having more of such buyers.
