Wassup, Technorati?
March 6, 2007 – 8:08 pmMany of my blogging friends are also facing a similar problem with Technorati. Our pings of blogs claimed and incoming links are not updated, hence our Technorati ranks are not as accurate as it could be.
There’s also something wrong with the Search function. My blogs that are not updated are not even recognised and do not appear in the Blog Directory. Now, normally, I do not blog about something like this, but it has been more than a month and two support tickets, and my tickets aren’t even acknowledged, apart from the automated reply.
For my e-trader blog, Technorati shows it as being updated 82 days ago. Freaking 82 days ago, and I publish anything from three to six new posts A DAY. Duh!
How long will it take to rectify this? What CAN I do to rectify this? I don’t think I did anything wrong that caused this error. This blog is showing correct readings, so ….?
Anyway, I hope this is fixed soon before some people use Technorati ranks to further segment us out of opportunities.
