Big Time Business of Replicas
April 17, 2007 – 12:13 pmIf you look at the amount of spam comments and junk email, and a quick browse through eBay and Lelong, you will see that replica product business is pretty huge. Maybe the profit is very great if people take the trouble to send out mass email and spam comments.
I know people who sell replica products and I know people who sell genuine brand name products. The Sellers of replicas actually are doing more business than genuine product Sellers. Perhaps it is the cost that makes people buy and use replicas.
This does not mean that there are no Buyers for genuine products, though. There are people who would willingly pay premium for an established brand name but the percentage, compared to replica product users, is smaller.
Since style and fashion are so fleeting, many people do not see the justification in spending a chunk of money on something that will be out of fashion the following week. What do you think?
