Being In The Loop

May 25, 2007 – 6:30 am

Since I started blogging, I have already published more than 3,000 posts, or close to that. There are many times that I noticed whenever I write about companies, their websites, products or services, these companies will almost always have someone scouring the internet looking for new posts about them and then discovered my blog posts.

They never leave a comment, though, whether the tone of the post was positive or negative.

I believe that companies seeking to improve their businesses should check the internet daily to see if there is something that people are happy or dissatisfied with and most people who are bloggers would blog about their experience. From honest posts like these, they have an idea which aspect they should improve on for better customer satisfaction.

A few months ago, when I wrote about a foreign company, someone from there managed to find my post. Not only did the person come and read my post, he/she came to check my post every other day, over a period of two weeks. I am not sure why but that was what my traffic statistics tracker showed.

I hope that by publishing my feedback, the company would improve. I could see that they made some changes to their website since my post was published too. They never said Thank You though! Better yet, they should provide me with lifetime discount to shop at their online store! :-D

Hello and welcome to my blog. I would love to receive your comments! If you wish to be updated on new content, do subscribe to my RSS feed on your feed reader or via email. Thanks for visiting!
