I sometimes feel pity for them because outwardly they may look wealthy but in fact, they are accountable for every cent that they spend. There have been cases where company directors were found to be guilty of something or other and they could be jailed!
Isn’t it better to be a private company? But then, there will be no public funds to finance large projects.
