Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal and Removal

Usually eBay will not allow the removal of negative feedback that has been left by one party on another. Even in cases of resolved issues and both parties seek Mutual Feedback Rating Withdrawal, the feedback rating may not be counted into the score but the actual words will still be there for anyone who has the time to read feedback one by one.

While it has always been cautioned that one should not be harsh or rash in leaving feedback, there are some who are too impatient in leaving a negative. Ahh.. maybe they get a kick out of it!

However, in very rare instances, eBay WILL or is forced to totally remove the feedback from a member’s profile. If you have been left with a negative, you have to check if you qualify for a total removal of the negative feedback.
