Mocked By Laughing

I am not sure how many of you noticed, our email to PayPal customer service seems like they were replied by people who are not native English speakers. What happened? Does PayPal outsource the service to China? Maybe labour is cheap there …

Worse, one of my friends received a reply from someone by the name of Laughing. Who in the world has a name like that manning support, where most members who write in have a serious issue that needs addressing.

I have felt that the Customer Service and Technical departments are not in sync with each other and if my deduction that Customer Service has been outsourced, then no wonder one does not know what is happening with the other.

It is very disappointing that this issue is not acknowledged by PayPal on their website at all AND IT HAS BEEN A WEEK!

And to think that this is a multi-million (perhaps billion) dollar corporation. Damn ….

  2. LOL… True True.. That’s what I noticed too :P Their English are kinda China style. I got “Season” replied me and “April” too.

    GOSH! So long already… :( This is not the way a big corporation works even based in US summore. It’s so not right!
