Online Backup For Small Businesses
May 5, 2007 – 8:43 pmI was told of an Online Backup provided by IBackup where I can schedule my backup as regularly as I like. As a small enterprise, I have to handle everything by myself and it helps to have an automated back up schedule so that I will not forget to update my important data.
The best thing about IBackup, to me, is that it is web-based. I can access my files anywhere as long as I am connected to the internet. I like it that it is user-friendly and the online drive will appear as a mapped drive like our local computer.
My friend told me that I could even back up my Outlook messages and attachments. This is just what I have been looking for. You don’t want to know how many important messages IO have lost every time my computer acts up and I have to send it in for a format. There was no way I could back up my messages unless I save each message one by one. How tedious can that be?
I thought that I would try the service out for one month but my friend says I am foolish because if I were to take up a yearly plan, I would have to pay for ten months only because the 11th and 12th months will be free. Now, that is what I love to hear!
