Send Me A Paypal eCheck, Please!

May 18, 2007 – 8:48 am

It has been almost a week and we are all still unable to accept our PayPal pending payments. This only affects account holders who do not have a US bank account linked to PayPal which I believe, could run into millions of global accounts.

Anyway, isn’t that stale news?

I am getting so stressed over this that I dreamt that this issue has been resolved and that we can now accept our payments. I promptly got out of bed, log into PayPal and got a whammy!

The thing is, there are certain kinds of payments through PayPal that will go straight to our PayPal accounts without having us to Accept / Deny the payment. There are times when certain Buyers would send me payment and the money is deposited to me instantly and I would receive an email notification. I know it can’t be a direct PayPal to PayPal account. Perhaps it is a credit card payment?

Another way is the eCheck. If previously I have complained of waiting four business days for my check to clear on top of paying a high service charge, this is what I am hoping to receive from now onwards. I even wrote to a few people telling them to send me this, after I have denied their pending payments, of course.

Well, I don’t know, it’s all such a big mess. People may change their minds about purchasing and there goes my sale!
