What Is The Loss To PayPal?

May 14, 2007 – 5:24 am

As we enter into the fourth day of this debacle of not being able to accept payments in PayPal without a US bank account, I wonder if PayPal developers are even aware of the problem.

To have such a glitch happening to a financial website and to have this problem affecting global accounts except for people with their PayPal accounts verified with a US bank account, can you imagine the loss that PayPal is suffering from?

No doubt, we are losing too as the problem drags on and on. Since we can’t accept out payments, PayPal is not getting any service charge off our transactions. So why won’t they just buck up?

I am not sure if I should follow up with my support ticket. Really pity those poor people currently manning the support lines. Besides, they don’t sound like they are in sync with the technical department or know. Well, that’s how I feel anyway.
