But You Said You’ll Text Me!?!

Last Friday, I lodged a complaint with a company regarding a service that I am subscribed to. I did it over the phone and the man who attended to my called told me that he will file my report and the text the report number to me.

However, it has been days since I received any report number via SMS text so I decided to give them a call. Well, the report was filed under my account and I was given the report number. However, what I do not understand is why the number was no sent to me via SMS text as promised.

I waited and waited in vain for the report number but none was forthcoming. If I had known that it would not come, I would have called them up sooner. Man, I am paying for their service and because I am not able to use it, I lodged a complaint.

Each day’s delay means that I would still be paying for the service for nothing. Why should I pay for something that I can’t use? But of course they would not take my argument and I am not even looking for one.

What I want is just to have my service working as it should and I would gladly pay my monthly bill at the rate that I have agreed upon when I signed my service contract.
