eBay Item Sold eMail Notification, NOT
June 28, 2007 – 11:25 amI am not sure how many eBay marketplaces are affected but those of us who are selling on eBay Malaysia are not getting our item sold email notification. This has happened for quite some time and for people like me who have items closing at all times of the day, it is troublesome to check the member’s page over and over again throughout the day.
If we have an email notification, it would make things so much easier thanks to the alert and we only have to check our member’s page for further information upon receiving the email.
I don’t even know if any one in the eBay technical department is looking into this but I hope the system is righted as soon as possible so that we are able to respond to our winning bidder(s) in a timely manner.
