PayPal Email Handling Opinion Needed
June 4, 2007 – 7:59 amThis morning I received an email from PayPal asking me to kindly answer a short questionnaire regarding the performance of the customer service and the way my email enquiry to PayPal was answered.
Well, I will not click on the link in the email even though they addressed me by name and they also gave the exact date that they replied my email. No clicking in case of phishing.
The only thing that is unsettling is that the person who handled my email is named Xiaoling but the email that I received on that particular date was from Annie.
Does it mean that it is true, PayPal has outsourced their Customer Service department to China where our email are replied in English the level of a Primary Three school kid?
I know PayPal has an office in Singapore and Xiaoling could also be a Singapore Girl but in any case, I am not going to simply click on any links that come in via email! That’s the first rule of using PayPal! Blehhhh

I received the same but decided not to click on it.
No wonder when I called Paypal yesterday,I had to repeat quite many times. I thought I spoke to a Singaporean Chinese, but now think abt it, he sounded so Mainland Chinese.
