The Perfume Market
June 5, 2007 – 11:39 amDid you know that there are more than 2500 women’s fragrances at any one time? The trend now is to use signature perfumes by Hollywood stars. However, Chanel Nº5 has been a top selling womens fragrance for a long time now. The popularity of Chanel Nº5 is hard to beat perhaps because of its distinct fragrance that sets it apart from its competitors.
Personally, I like the new Touch of Pink by Lacoste but sometimes I prefer something light like Curious by Britney Spears.
As a perfume collector, I love to have different brands on hand to suit my mood. It would be boring if a perfume user only has a bottle and smells the same day in and day out! Perfume is like a woman’s accessories. We can’t be wearing the same things every day. Don’t you think so?
