Better To Buy Than Rent
July 7, 2007 – 2:22 amYou would have noticed that I have been writing about Paul’s real estate investment experience lately where he is eyeing Asheville real estate so that he could retire there and the talks about the new development of Charlotte real estate.
Paul is of the opinion that buying property is always better than renting although the initial sum that one has to fork out is a considerable amount compared to renting but in the long run, it is worth it.
Since almost everyone would have to take out a loan, it is important to compare mortgage rates first since a slight difference in mortgage rate can cause the total amount spent to be significantly higher.
Paul has been buying and selling real estate for quite a few years now and he should know!
