DHL’s 2nd Office In Ipoh
July 20, 2007 – 3:42 pmLast month, I wanted to send out some documents overseas and decided on DHL. Yes, the documents were so important that I trusted DHL only. So, I went online, found their website and called up their Customer Service line.
I got the quote for my package and drove 30 minutes to this place that is in the outskirts of Ipoh. I went there and wasted another 30 minutes just searching for the office.
When I was there, I asked them if they have an office in Ipoh because the website only showed the address for this office and even the Customer Service staff gave me this address.
The guy who accepted my package told me that they have an office in Greentown Ipoh, I was like )%&%)$)(&%$ because that is only 10 minutes away and I had to waste almost an hour going to this place!
I wonder why this office was not listed on the website nor did the Customer Service guy tell me about it. Anyway, this guy wrote the address down for me and the name of the company is Spirit Media in Greentown Square.
Ehhh why isn’t it named DHL? No wonder I pass by there daily but didn’t notice that it’s a DHL office!
After one month, I forgot about it…. and then I received an SMS message from DHL yesterday about this new office.

Doh! you see, the SMS did not give the full address. So if you want to drop your packages there, make a call to the toll free number for the full address Or you could drop me a comment and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Free, ok?
