Setting Up My SOHO
July 22, 2007 – 2:46 pmAlthough I have been running my own business for almost two years now, I am ashamed to admit that my small office in my room is so cluttered, only I could tolerate the working condition.
A couple of months ago, I decided that after all the hard work I have put into my small business, it is time to upgrade my little office with proper furniture and equipment. I bought office automation, a laptop and other electronic devices that are said to be able to allow me to work more efficiently.
With so many gadgets that needed to be linked to each other, I had a tough time figuring the cables that I should buy but my dad helped me pick up Cat 5e/ Cat 6 cables to connect one machine to another. Phew… thank god for guys at times like these!
I had earlier checked out these Cat 5e/ Cat 6 cables from an online store on the internet and they come in so many colors that I got confused. eBusiness Cables, Inc. has got to be the largest online retailer of all sorts of cables; USB, ethernet and printer cables. These cables are great for people who want to set up a small office, home office, for businesses, offices, computer labs and even libraries.
From what I see, this store offers discounts for bulk purchases which is good news for people who have great use for such cables. Buying in bulk will give more bang for your money but always make sure that you have the correct length!

It is funny when you have just one computer and a printer life is so simple. When you have in a SOHO with 4 computers a wireless laptop 4 printers, scanner, 2 ipods etc etc… How complicated wiring can get.
