eTrader or eTailer

August 2, 2007 – 3:23 pm

Since my first venture into online trading about two years ago, I have called myself an etrader and even named my fist blog that, Ramblings of an etrader.

However, now, I’ve been thinking, did I have the term right? Should I have called myself an etrader or an etailer instead? You know, etailer as in “online retailer”? I don’t know about others but etailer sounds a lil weird, bordering on obscene. What do you think?

Now that I am going to print my business cards, ya, finally (I hope I see it through!) I am not sure if I want to print etrader or etailer. Ermm any suggestions?

  2. Etrader might imply you make online stock trades, so if you actually have an online store, then you are an etailer. If you’re an online affiliate, maybe…efilliate??? :-)
