Free Shipping On Furniture
August 25, 2007 – 11:15 amA couple of posts ago, I mentioned about buying home furniture online. I found a store that provides free shipping on all furniture. I think it is a great deal.
A long time ago, my friend proposed to sell furniture online and I told him that is a bad idea because nobody would want to spend extra on shipping. And it would be a nightmare for him to pack.
However, now that I think of it, I think that I should have encouraged him to go ahead. He could attract buyers with an offer of free shipping. He could have put the cost on the furniture items and then provide shipping. His buyers would not mind. People would feel good knowing that they are getting something FREE.
I know I would! hehehe
