Peaceful Paulding County
August 22, 2007 – 3:03 pmMy sister told me that her colleague resigned from her job to move to Paulding County where her husband is newly posted. According to her, Paulding County is a lot better than her home in Tennessee.
At first, she was worried that she may not be able to find a job in a new place and forced to be a full time homemaker but after reading statistics that unemployment rate is at 4% only, she decided to make the move. The low crime rate was also the deciding factor because she was worried about the children and did not wish to disrupt their life and schooling but the place is small and peaceful and perfect for raising a family. Although housing is inexpensive, her husband’s company has allocated housing allowance for him.
My sister told me that when she went for a visit, she found that Paulding County could also offer its residents with what she is enjoying in Antioch, Tennessee, like places to shop, eat out and socialize as well as weekend activities for the children.
My sister jokingly said that too bad she has already built her home, or she would have moved to Paulding County as well because of the peaceful environment!
