Update On Life Insurance
August 10, 2007 – 10:05 amI blogged time and again about finally getting a life insurance but unfortunately till now, it is still undone. I have read about insurance and asked a couple of friends about them but I am unsure of the finer details. Well, one of them sells car insurance, not something I have a need for at the moment.
What makes it all the more confusing is that my sister cautioned me about only buying from honest agents because she hasn’t have a good experience with her home insurance agent. It seems that she found out that the agent took her payments but did not send them on to the insurance company, which effectively means that my sister’s house was not legally covered. Thankfully she found out about it when she sensed something amiss and called up the company directly.
The wife of my friend is an insurance agent but she sells mainly education insurance. I would have to ask her if she handles life insurance as well. I need more information because to be frank, these insurance terms. Hope she is kind enough to guide me!
