Why So Odd Wan?
August 3, 2007 – 10:12 pmIf you have followed my story with Celcom, you would know that I have migrated my mobile subscription to postpaid. The odd thing was that I just received an SMS message asking me to register my prepaid line. Now, anyone in Malaysia would know that prepaid registration has been over and done with by 31st December, 2006.
Goodness, it is August, 2007 now and someone DID NOT update their records?
The SMS message went like this:
Utk membuat pra-daftar Celcom Prepaid, sila taip DREG*Mobile no*IC/Passport*Address* dan hantar ke 28882
The message came from this number: +60195569900. I thought it should show as Celcom but there is no way for me to verify if the message is really from Celcom. No way am I going to reply to that number!
