Credit Cards & Their Rewards

As the holder of a few credit and debit cards, I still do check out other credit cards to see if there is any card that is better than what I currently have. If there is one, I most probably will apply for it, but I don’t think that I will switch to the new card exclusively.

I saw some Sports Credit Cards on the website of a credit card search engine and wondered when these cards started to become popular. For every dollar spent, the card holder will receive reward points which are redeemable against official merchandise of their favorite sports team.

I vaguely remember reading about cards that users can redeem their reward points for merchandise from the official fan club of their favorite celebrity. These are great cards that capture the youth market but it is important to teach these young people to use their cards responsibly.
