eBay’s Seller Non-Performance Policy
September 10, 2007 – 9:15 amI was surfing eBay when I came across this policy. Is it new? I do not know because it is undated. Anyway, it gives a rather clear explanation on what Sellers have to do to maintain a certain level of satisfactory trades and positive feedback from Buyers or their account would be suspended or even terminated in a first case scenario.
This got me wondering if It could be open to abuse if a couple of people just leave neutral feedback to the Seller, since according to eBay, neutral is not good enough.
Anyway, I will just be selling like I normally do, giving the best customer service that I can afford and see how this policy will affect people.
