Investing In Real Estate Trust Deeds
September 21, 2007 – 11:04 amThere is a friend of mine whom I always discuss about investment. This is because both of us are self-employed and when we retire, we will not have gratuity or pension so we have to be smart with investing what we can afford from our income right now.
We have talked about quite a few options but at his age, he needs an investment that would give him high yield and yet comes with low risk. Both of us cannot afford to lose our capital at his point of our lives.
Today, I was introduced to real estate trust deeds. I have not considered this before because this is not popular here but I was told that this comes with high return margin, low risk margin. In fact, just what I have been seeking.
I checked the website of Diamond Bay and the annual return rate of 12% is really attractive. I will have to call up Warren, my friend who is in risk management.
