Okinawa Images & Related Information

I heard that my friend Sumie will be going to Japan to further her studies. Well, I am not even sure if she gained a place by merit or to make up the quota, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I was curious about what there is to do in Okinawa, where she will be for the next couple of years. Sumie showed me a website where I could view Okinawa images and videos, maps and travel guides and other Okinawa related information. Looks like she did her homework thoroughly and for once, I did not have to go all over the internet aimlessly looking for information on a particular city.

After reading some articles on that Okinawa resource site, which I am unable to decide if it is a blog, a news and media site or a travel site, I think I am going to take up Sumie’s invitation to visit her one day. For now, I will just give her time to settle down and brush up on her oral Japanese! I don’t want to get lost in Japan in case her command of the Japanese language does not work, haha!

Sumie said that I could join her in a Turkish bath, Japanese style. Errmm I think I will pass that, thank you very much!
