One Way Communication

A month ago, I bought two packages from an online store but unfortunately, one of them did not arrive. I am hoping that it has arrived and just got delayed at the Customs or something due to the Merdeka holidays. I am sure that the company did send my package out, I hope so.

Anyway, this is a very weird company because they do not have an email address on their site. The send me a promotional email almost every day and there is no email address there as well that is monitored.

I don’t know why they adopted this one way communication. They may deny it, and say that they have a telephone number on the site that we could call but then who in his right mind would place an international call just to make simple enquiries?

The number may be toll free but then I think we have established right here on this blog that a tollfree number is only beneficial to people dialing in the same country.

I think that they do not want to reply to emails because they don’t want to be harassed b delayed delivery. I know that if I could reach out to them via email, I would have asked them if they have sent it out, when, how, bla bla bla.

What I can do now is just keep waiting, I guess.
