September 26, 2007 – 11:45 amAs you know, my friend Paul lives and works in New York as an architect, designer cum contractor. He is pretty familiar with the property market in New York. According to him, the leading New York realtor at the moment is Prudential Douglas Elliman.
I went to their website and instantly fell in love with the beautiful apartments in Greenwich Village. Paul has been urging me to go to New York and I have refused so far but frankly speaking, if a home like this is awaiting me, I would be hopping onto the next available flight to New York!
Surfing the website of Prudential Douglas Elliman, I can see that they are really huge covering New York including Long Island and Hamptons, with sixty offices to serve the community! I think that anyone who is contemplating property investment, they should be looking for the largest real estate company like Prudential Douglas Elliman who knows the whole area better than anyone.
