Responsibilities Of An Adult

I mentioned before that my sister has committed herself to a rather high mortgage loan. Well, her boss advised her that if she is ready to buy a house then go ahead with it. Mortgage loans fluctuate and my sister was caught when it was in high tide.

However, now that the interest rate is said to have dropped, my sister is looking to refinance her home. I think that it is good also if she can save a tidy sum from that or shorten her repayment period from thirty long years, then why not, right?

My sister told me that thirty years is a long time and the burden is heavy. According to her, most of her friends who are also first time homeowners had to take out personal loans for other things because most of their paycheck is already committed to the home loan.

Isn’t it scary the kind of responsibilities adults have to face?
