Salt Crystal Lamp Or Botox?
September 29, 2007 – 10:49 amMy aunt suffers from very severe headaches. She went to the doctor but they could not find anything wrong with her. She also went to the optometrist to have her eyes check and although her eyes are not perfect, her eyesight is corrected with proper prescriptive glasses.
I told her not to worry too much and get so stressed out over things that are out of her control but she is a worry wart and has been for years so it is kind of hard to get her attitude changed at her age.
I also let her know that a friend of mine has found salt crystal lamps to be very effective in alleviating his migraine and he managed to have a full night’s of rest. However, my aunt told me that her friend has found a solution in Botox for headaches. Well, I am not so sure about that because while I have heard of Botox, I have not heard of it being used in treating chronic headaches!
I hope my aunt will listen to me and try salt crystal lamps first, though!
