Shopping For A New Image
September 14, 2007 – 1:15 pmMy friend, who works in Russia with a “leading” plastic surgeon, told me that he will be coming to my City soon for a few cases. I was surprised that there are people here who are chic enough to spend money on themselves this way. As far as I know, people in my City are not that affluent and they will not spend unnecessarily.
My friend says I may think that it is unnecessary but to these patients, a celebrity plastic surgery is surely a necessity and not luxury. He said that I would be surprised to know of the sheer number of women from my City whom he helped arrange for a Los Angeles Breast Augmentation.
He said that at the end of the year, he would be making another trip to USA with a new group of people to get consultation from a Los Angeles plastic surgeon. I mean, WOW, I never knew that there are so many people who would go to such lengths and spend so much money to beautify themselves. Ahh… no wonder the ladies here are looking more and more beautiful.
To me, though, IF I were to go for plastic surgery, I will of course also do it like them by not trusting any quack plastic surgeon who only wants to make a quick buck, even if it is cheap. Perhaps I do not have trust on people this easily but then when you are putting a knife on me, I would want it to be done by a specialist. Besides being a chic place to have plastic surgery where we can brag about, I read that the technology is very advanced too. I bet that it is surely better than my cow town!
I can just imagine myself going shopping with a new image after the surgery. Come to think of it, it will be a good year end bonus for myself!
