The Image A Store Projects
September 20, 2007 – 1:05 amI am sure I mentioned before, there is a new lingerie store that opened in town in one of the newly taken over and renovated hypermarkets. I went to the store a few times and they were quite professional with their own printed plastic bags, logo and website. So with the store’s URL, I went online to check on them to see what the big deal is with them. All along they have a store in KL so this is their branch.
Anyway, when I went to their online store, I was taken aback. I was like, “Beeekkk!” I was impressed with their store set up, despite their China-brand lingerie. Cheap mah, can profit more, right? But they could have put in more effort on their store! I consider myself an amateur only and yet, I personally think that even my store is more presentable than theirs! While my store layout is only in the primary level, theirs is in nursery level only!
My point is that, they are a business and they could have at least put more budget on their store to project a more professional image to their customers. Don’t you think so?
