A Professional Approach
October 17, 2007 – 4:32 amA few days ago, I published a post about being contacted by a “supplier” who wanted to supply me with Victoria Beckham jeans, well what a contrast it is to be contacted by a company today in a very professional manner.
This company provides website design and in the email to me, they provided the URL to their website, links to their clients so that we could see their web designing projects and also the usual contact details like email address and telephone number.
Although I have no immediate plans to sign up for their web designing package, it feels great to read a lengthy business email that projects their seriousness in their business. Compared to the earlier email which looks like it was written by a child, this one is refreshing to read and I will surely keep them in view should I require the services of a web designer.
