Another Option *YaY*
October 19, 2007 – 12:51 amI’ve been so silly! Lately, I have been thinking if I should get a prepaid debit card and which to get. See, I have been only thinking that I do not want to link my Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card to my yet-to-be open Public Bank Savings Account because when I link my card to an online account with a website for billing purpose, I would be risking my savings because I would be auto-funding my card.
However, silly me just realised that I could certainly open a Public Bank savings account WITHOUT linking this account with my Visa Electron Debit Card.
Or, I could link up the two of them but OPT OUT of auto-funding.
Cisss I should have thought of this sooner and not crack my head over which prepaid debit card to get and wasting time comparing the cards online. Doh! “slaps self”
So yeah, no more questions about it. I will be going to open a Public Bank Savings account independent of my Visa Electron Debit Card. I don’t need it now though so I will have to wait till I am free enough to fight with the crowd at my home branch. *sigh*
