Celcom Is So Weird
October 5, 2007 – 11:00 pmThese past few days, I received a couple of SMS text from Celcom addressing me as a dealer and asking me to quickly make an order for their 013 and 019 reload cards. The message says that if I act fast, I would be eligible for a discount and if I place my order after such and such a date, regular prices apply.
I think that Celcom has their database of numbers mixed up and now, their trader’s secret has been made known to the public. I am sure I am not the only person receiving such an SMS text and TWICE too!
I don’t see how they can get something like this mixed up. Surely they have a list of telephone numbers for dealers and a separate list of phone numbers of CUSTOMERS?? How on earth messages meant for dealers could be sent to customers, I do not know!
See how wasteful if resources and money this mixed up has caused them.
