Getting Desperate?
October 24, 2007 – 10:47 pmAwhile ago, I wrote that some people set up directories and added my store to their directories without even me registering to be included in them. They harvested the sites and email addresses from popular directories and then included all these to their newly set up directory for instant content.
Guess what? Today, I received an email from an online store that sells dolls and it seems that I am already a member of the site. I don’t know what to say except that these people are really desperate to beef up their websites and member database.
I don’t know, it’s not as it I will do anything at their sites now that I am a member there since I have no interest in their sites in the first place. Let’s see how many more surprises I will be getting now that this is a trend.
To be frank, I don’t like what they are doing one bit but then I can’t do anything about it *sigh*
