I Spoke Too Soon!
October 17, 2007 – 12:44 pmWell, this morning, in my post “A Professional Approach“, I was in fact every impressed with the way the lady approached me in soliciting my business. She states that she works in the Business & Management Division but did not say what post she holds.
Anyway, I visited her company and shot an email to one of the staff. The man’s email address was listed in the section that I wanted clarification on.
Well, it has been more than 24 hours and I have yet to hear from him. I guess I am not impressed because it is a work day and email replies should be prompt. If the staff is on leave, the auto-reply feature should be turned on, this is a business email address and not a personal email where replies can be late, or not at all.
I guess that if people working in the same company are not in sync, no matter how hard this lady works to solicit business, when she does not have the support of her fellow colleagues, then her efforts are wasted, sad to say.
