Is There A Need For A Truck Accident Lawyer?

Just a couple of posts ago, I wrote about Truck Accident Lawyers and I asked a friend of mine who is in the legal line and he told me that there is no such thing in Malaysia. Of course, if the family of an accident victim who died in such an accident which is classified as wrongful death, wants to lodge a case, an attorney or lawyer as he is known here would still take it up but he is not a specialist and may not do a thorough investigation and there may be loop holes that the truck company may be able to escape from.

Of course, Malaysian truck accident lawyers will never compare to Truck Accident Lawyers California, for example because they are not trained and do not have the experience unlike their American counterparts.

I believe that many people here don’t even know that they could sue for damages and seek compensation from the trucking company for something called wrongful death!

I also read that sometimes in America, even a kid would have to sue his parents for negligence just to be able to claim compensation. If a Malaysian kid sues his parents, society here would have a fit!
