Lack Of Customer Service
October 21, 2007 – 9:50 amThere is this guy that I have a business relationship with since January, 2007 where I buy services from him. We do not know each other personally and our communication is solely via email. Yet, I trust him based on recommendations from friends.
Anyway, since the time we had our first deal until today, I would say that he made quite a hefty profit from me but that is fine by me because I need his services and he is doing a business so it is understandable.
One thing I noticed about him is that whenever I approach him about an impending transaction, he would reply me almost instantly. He is online most of the time because his work revolves around the internet.
However, when I need help for something else which I know he is well-versed in, he totally ignores my email.
I know that my request for help is not totally included in his transactions with me but we have an on-going business relation where I will continue to give him business but with the shabby way he is treating me, I may stick around with him since I require his service BUT I will not recommend him to anyone else who requires a similar service.
I don’t understand why he is looking at business with me on a person to person basis but even if my requests for assistance were a little out of scope, a customer is always right. If he was helpful to me, I surely will recommend him to everyone else, but sorry, I am not going to do so since it looks like his business is already too good that he could treat a customer like that.
