PayPal is Kind To Indonesia and The Philippines Too!
October 3, 2007 – 2:24 pmAfter the excitement for Malaysians’ ability to withdraw their PayPal funds, though I am not getting any new benefit, I can certainly feel the excitement of my friends who are affected and can now finally, after working so hard to accumulate their PayPal funds, get hold of the money!! Money they have worked hard for yet had to pay heavy charges to feel the cash.
The good news to us is even better news to Indonesians and Filipinos. Although their PayPal market is still quite new compared to Malaysia, finally they too have the ability to withdraw or transfer their funds to a credit card or debit card. Correct me if I am wrong but this is my understanding of their new policy.
But even with this new change where we all rejoice, I still would like to point out that PayPal should have sent out a circular to inform us of the good news. It just so happened that I went to my Withdrawal page that I noticed the new link to withdraw to my card.
The biggest gainers are the Filipinos who prior to this, could only receive funds. Where is the logic when not only could they not withdraw, they could not even send out the funds to another party. Bah!
Bring out the champagne!!!
