Status: Completed
October 6, 2007 – 7:22 pmI just checked my PayPal this morning and my status for my withdrawal of PayPal funds to my Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card has changed from Pending to Completed. For your information, this withdrawal was initiated on 4th October, 2007.
And I just realised something.
When I send my PayPal funds to my Bank Account, it is stated as a “Transfer”. On the other hand, sending of funds to my Debit Card is recorded as a “Withdrawal”.
So I am taking this to mean that PayPal is considered a “Bank”. A virtual one?
Anyway, it’s the weekend now so I’m only going to expect my funds to clear at the end of next week. Stay tuned

The money is our own but it’s only a week ago that we are allowed to withdraw it
