She told me that one law in Tennessee may not be the same or applicable in another state like Los Angeles for example.
She told me that a friend of hers was looking for Truck Accident Attorneys Los Angeles because a family member was involved in a truck accident when he went to Los Angeles. She figured that it would be better to look for one in Los Angeles where the case happened rather than get one in Tennessee.
According to my sister, attorneys in America are very specialized. This way, they get to hone their skills and become experts in a certain field. Like truck accident attorneys, there are also Plane Crash Attorneys Los Angeles or Tennessee, for example.
I am sure that one an attorney has a specialized field, the chances of winning a law suit would greatly increase as well due to his experience. I am not sure if there are such lawyers in Malaysia or not. There are so many accidents involving commercial vehicles that their SHOULD be protect the rights of accident victims.
