Will There Be Service Charge?

I read a few blogs that there is a service charge for cash withdrawal over the ATM from our Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card. As far as I know, we will not be charged for that because it is a debit card and not a credit card where any withdrawal will be considered as cash advance and will be imposed a 5% service charge even if it is OUR own money. Ridiculous, isn’t it?

But we will know the truth once I withdraw from my debit card later this month. There is no use reading this and that but to experience it myself.

I will be updating my blog to clear this doubt once and for all!
