Withdraw / Transfer PayPal To Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card

Since many people are waiting for the outcome of withdrawal / transfer of PayPal funds to Public Bank’s Visa Electron Debit Card, I have decided that I am going to do it once I have $500 in my PayPal. My friend, who also has the Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card, whom in fact applied for it upon my recommendation, will not have enough funds in his PayPal until next month.

At first, I thought that he would be a good candidate to test it since he also has a Public Bank savings account and could easily perform a transfer online from card to bank account.

Instead, I will test it out when I have at least $500 in my account to make full use of the $5 service charge. Although I still did not open a Public Bank savings account yet, I could easily withdraw the money through the ATM.
