Are You Looking For Oregon Mortgage Refinance?
November 20, 2007 – 4:19 amA friend of my sister who moved to Oregon not too long ago told us that she bought a house as soon as she arrived. The problem was that she subsequently found out that the interest rate was too high and she was scolding herself for being too quick to buy a home as soon as she arrived and did not give herself time to familiarize with the Oregon property market.
According to this lady, now is the best time to look for Oregon mortgage refinance. This is because interest rates have fallen and there is no better time to do it than now.
I don’t know how right she is but I believe that after quite some months living in Oregon, she should know better than us when is the right time to apply for an Oregon mortgage refinance, just like how I would know when is the right time to do certain things in my home city!
I did show her the website of Oregon’s Best Mortgage so that she could read further on the issue and get as much information as she could so that she will not get caught by the high interest rate once again! That would be a nightmare! Don’t you think so?
