November 21, 2007 – 3:21 amA reader pointed out to me that although there are so many MOL Freedom cards to give away during eBay Malaysia’s meet and greet, what is the use when we can’t use it to withdraw our PayPal funds because PayPal withdrawal to credit, debit and prepaid debit cards does not support Mastercard currently.
It’s funny but MOL Freedom is collaborating with eBay Malaysia to provide something like “safe trade” which I wrote about before. Bear in mind that online trading and withdrawal of funds are two separate issues, even though they are sister companies but they are run individually.
With a Mastercard, and in this case, MOL Freedom Mastercard, you will still be able to use it to verify your PayPal. It’s only that we can’t withdraw to it. Just for your information, withdrawal is only possible with Visa brand cards and American Express cards.
