PayPal Refunds
November 16, 2007 – 9:14 amThis morning, I received all my refunds from PayPal like they said they would credit to our accounts within 24 hours for the fees that were incorrectly deducted from our payments received on 11th and 12th November.
To be frank, I had thought that it was a new PayPal fee structure and that it was pretty sneaky of them not to put out a public notice. I even thought of downgrading my account from Premier to Personal but before I managed to do that, PayPal sent out an email regarding the error.
If you were similarly affected, you may want to check if the fees have been refunded to you in total. “Only” US$10.61 was deducted from my payments received over the two day period and it’s now back in my account.
