Pursuing An Education Online
November 3, 2007 – 12:34 pmA friend told me that she finally decided to pursue her education online. You know, when you are married with kids, time is not yours anymore. This friend tried to study at a nearby college but by the time she put in a full day of work, she would be dead beat and could not get to class anymore. Kids at home, meanwhile, demands attention. She even contemplated leaving her job so that she only had to juggle family and studies but let’s face it. A single pay check is never enough to lead a comfortable family life anymore. She said that they are not prepared to cut down on some of the luxuries in life.
I remember that I told her about capella university a couple of months ago, which I understand offers many popular degree courses. This is an accredited online university so she could use her paper qualification to improve on her position at work.
I hope that my friend would get to complete her course without an issue!
