Track Your Celcom Xpax Usage Here
November 22, 2007 – 2:39 pmFurther to my post, Celcom Online Customer Service, I received a mass SMS text message from Celcom a couple of days ago that prepaid Celcom users will also be able to check their call details, reloads and other information from the same portal http://onlinecustomerservice.celcom.com.my (I still think it is too long haha!)
So the issue here is, why would they tell me about this when I am not a prepaid user? Would it not make more sense and save money and resources if they just sent out this message to all Xpax users only?
It has been how long, five months since I migrated my prepaid line to Celcom post paid so that I could subscribe to Celcom 3G but I guess they still have me, or perhaps every other Celcom Customer on a mass SMS mailing list.

a few minutes ago i recieved an sms by 32520. then my credit had been charge 4 the sms. not a little but rm5. it was happen about 2 or 3 month ago. in 1 month, my credit had been charge more than rm 15. i don’t know why the hell celcom do that to me..i received the same sms every month. i don’t think i should be celcom user anymore..
