Who Measures Up?
November 20, 2007 – 2:59 pmThis morning, I was told of this community website called Measured Up where people can submit customer service reviews of retailers, hotels, companies or any store that we come across in our daily life and rate their customer service.
Sometimes, there are days that I am unfortunate enough to have to deal with awful customer service but I did not have an avenue to let as many people know as possible and what I could do t share my experience was only through my blog and to my friends and family.
With Measured Up, I would be able to tell my experiences with customer service of companies, whether good or bad, to more people. From my personal experience dealing with people from all walks of life in the course of work, it is human nature to complain as soon as something does not turn out as expected but praises are rare.
Hopefully, with Measured Up, we would be more generous in sharing our experiences because it is so easy to do so. Check Measured Up to find out first hand which establishment deserves your patronage and which to avoid.
